Daata Editions
Queertopia Film Screening

Daata Editions is screening Queertopia, an online project curated by Gemma Rolls-Bentley, in the foyer at BFI. Queertopia is a collection of work that reviews the existence of queer communities and their spaces – both real and mythological, memorialising those lost and building environments and landscapes to nurture new radical possibilities. The icons, monuments and geography of Queertopia present an opportunity to explore future structures of identity, intimacy and legacy.

The list of artists features Holly Blakey, Rindon Johnson, Zoe Marden, Rashaad Newsome, Hannah Quinlan and Rosie Hastings, Jacolby Satterwhite and Puck Verkade.

Presented by curator Gemma Rolls-Bentley
